Five of today's six free apps are iPhone or iPad games, including the hit PressOK title
Spinzizzle, while one is a music creation app for the iPad.
Spinzizzle ($1.99 -> Free): A puzzle/matching game where you are required to spin a dial in order to get balls to drop into place. The game features power-ups, two modes of play, 21 levels and OpenFeint integration.
Spinzizzle is available for free today only (6/5). It has a three-and-a-half-star rating.
Flock Control ($.99 -> Free): A line-drawing game where you must guide your two sheep dogs around a level to herd the sheep. The sheep will run away from your dogs and flock together, so you will want to use both to your advantage. The game features 20 challenges, and OpenFeint integration.
Flock Control is available for free for a limited time. It currently has a four-and-a-half-star rating.
Bugs & Bubbles ($.99 -> Free): An action game where you control Bubbs the boy as he attempts to squash bugs. Bubbs' direction is controlled via tilt, and when you are near a bug simply tap to make him jump and squash the bugs. The game features unlimited replayability, two modes of play, and online leaderboards.
Bugs & Bubbles is available for free for a limited time. It has a three-and-a-half-star rating.
Drag 'n' Tag ($.99 -> Free): A simple tap and drag matching game with stylistic graphics. The game simply requires you to drag shapes to their matching targets. It features three modes of play, and OpenFeint integration.
Drag 'n' Tag is available for free for an unspecified amount of time. The game doesn't currently have a rating.
iPad only:
Mugician ($1.99 -> Free): A digital synthesizer app with a fretless guitar layout and a metal sound. Notes increase chromatically from left to right. Apparently it can be useful for playing quarter-tone scales, or you can just mess around and play some loud noises if you aren't musically inclined.
Mugician is available for free through the weekend. It currently has a four-star rating.
Angry Snake ($.99 -> Free): It's the classic game of snake on your iPad. Gobble up all of the items on the screen by swiping anywhere to turn the snake, but watch out for your own tail. The game features two modes of play, online leaderboards, and Twitter integration.
