Osfoora HD has hit the App Store and is already topping the charts. Developer Said Marouf has finally ported his iPhone Twitter client Osfoora to the iPad with Osfoora HD, and based on customer ratings it looks like a success.
I personally believe dev support can make or break an app's life cycle and that isn't a problem with Osfoora. Marouf released the app on June 5th, and has already come out with the 1.0.1 update.
