Today's list has to be one of the most unique yet. It features apps that deal with fingers, blocks, teeth, balls, text, malls and balloons. We even have some quality iPad apps that have gone free.
The Finger! ($.99 -> Free): A posable digital hand crafted by Pangea Software. The app features over 90 pre-loaded poses, or you can pose the hand any way you want and animate it yourself. You can also type in text and have it converted to sign language. This app is Retina display-optimized.

BlockUp ($.99 -> Free): A simple yet fun match-3 game where blocks come up from the bottom of the screen and you must drag the top ones from column to column in order to match like blocks. The game features three modes of play with varying amounts of columns, power-ups, and OpenFeint integration.

Dental Expert ($3.99 -> Free): Going to the dentist is never fun, but
Dental Expert helps ease the pain by clearing up some of the confusion. The app is plump full of useful information, including answers to commonly asked questions, myths vs. facts, fun facts, and the ability to ask a question and have it answered in the next update.

Quickping ($.99 -> Free): A social network updating app that allows you to type out one message and have more than 4o of your social networks updated. The app interfaces with the Ping.fm service, so you will have to be signed up in order to use it.

Mall Sales ($1.99 -> Free): Find a mall near you by searching by mall name, store, state or city. The app features hundreds of malls across the country, so you won't miss out on a single sale. Stores and malls can be added to favorites for later viewing. You can even have the app display directions, store information, or call the store directly from the app.
Mall Sales is free for a limited time. It doesn't currently have a rating.
Save Teddy ($.99 -> Free): Help save Teddy by setting up balloons for him to bounce off of and safely into the basket below. Balloons can only be moved before Teddy drops, so make sure they are in place before popping the balloon he is hanging from. Pink balloons are the only ones that can not be moved. The game features 20 levels, adorable graphics and OpenFeint integration.

Word Monkey ($1.99 -> Free): Letters slowly move up from the bottom of the screen and you have to form words in order to remove them. If you don't and the letters reach the top, the game is over. The game features local multiplayer with split-screen multiplayer on iPad, power-ups, experience points to level up your character and OpenFeint integration.
