Test Your Comedy Movie Knowledge With Scene It? Comedy Movies For iPhone And iPad

Screenlife Games have released a brand new comedy-focused version of their hugely popular trivia game series, Scene It?, for the iPhone and iPad. This is actually the third Scene It? game to hit the App Store, but the first to be brought to the iPad.

Scene It? Comedy Movies follows the same general formula used in all prior games in the series by giving you a series of questions and having you answer them as quickly and accurately as possible to score the most points. The game features 16 puzzles types, some of which include video clips, audio clips, images from films, and my favorite, 16-bit recreations of famous scenes. The puzzle types are spread across the 20 different games, providing hours of entertainment. Scene It? Comedy Movies for iPhone contains a single-player mode, local multiplayer over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and pass and play multiplayer. It also features the ability to post scores on Facebook and Twitter, local high scores, and 100 full-screen video clips. Scene It? Comedy Movies HD for iPad contains all of the above as well as HD quality video clips, upscaled UI, dynamic animations and motion background, and enhanced puzzle types that take advantage of the iPad's larger screen, including a "Table Play" mode that allows you and three friends to compete against each other on the same device. I have played a whole lot of Scene It? over the past few years, and I have to say that the game is just as or possibly even more entertaining on the iPad. It offers a more personal and mobile way to challenge your friends, and includes interactive puzzles, such as swiping at popcorn to reveal a picture underneath or dragging items to their corresponding films, which can't be matched on any other platform. Scene It? Comedy Movies is now available in the App Store for $2.99, and Scene It? Comedy Movies HD for iPad is available for $4.99. The developers are also offering movie buffs a chance to win Scene It? prizes by stumping them on their trivia knowledge this Friday, August 6th between 11-12PM PT.
