Yesterday Gameloft started teasing that their open-world GTA-like game, Gangstar, would be making a comeback, we just weren't sure in what form. As it turns out, the company has an all-new Gangstar game planned for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, which will take place in an entirely new location. It's titled Gangstar: Miami Vindication.
Although Gameloft hasn't released any specifics for the game, the gameplay trailer below appears to tell us most of the story. The game will obviously take place in Miami (GTA: Vice City anyone?), and will allow you to take control of even more vehicles, like motorcycles, boats and helicopters. According to Gameloft, Gangstar: Miami Vindication is:
"...the most ambitious crime simulation ever developed for handheld."
But we'll let you be the judge of that.
Gangstar: Miami Vindication should be hitting the App Store soon, and as always, we will let you know the moment it does.
