Fastar! ($1.99 -> Free): Offers a unique twist on the role playing game. Fight your way through 24 different game modes with varying difficulties in an attempt to reach the end of each level as quickly as possible. Your foes are not magical beasts but squares that each have a mind of their own. You can swing your giant sword to defeat them and cast spells. Collect coins to spend on upgrading your character. The game also features online leaderboards.

Kamikaze Race ($1.99 -> Free): A top-down racer where you take control of one of three fast cars and try to survive for as long as possible. Avoiding traffic is done by simply tapping the left and right arrows at the bottom of the screen. The game also features OpenFeint integration.

Fantasy Trader ($1.99 -> Free): Another genre twister, as this one requires you to spend your 25k fantasy dollars on your favorite athletes, and sell them when the time is right. The game allows you to browse for players in the NBA, NFL, soccer, MLB, NFL, Nascar, cricket, golf, and NCAA football. It also features intuitive navigation, the ability to monitor the latest trends, the ability to open your own clubs, read the latest news, track stats, and more.
Fantasy Trader is available for free today only (8/25). It has a five-star rating, and a total of 48 ratings.
CelebFoolery ($.99 -> Free): A relatively amusing app where you take a picture of a friend or family member, or import one from your Camera Roll, and it chooses a random celebrity that is supposed to be their match. You can kind of control the type of celebrity the app chooses by swiping left or right on the "How It Works" screen. A right swipe will display a blond celebrity, while a left swipe will display a brunette.
CelebFoolery is available for free for a limited time. It has a three-star rating, and a total of 14 ratings.
Universal:
UDID Pro ($1.99 -> Free): Gives you the ability to quickly view, copy and paste, or send your iDevice's unique 40-digit UDID to a developer. Since your UDID is unique and tied to only your iDevice, make sure you only send it to trusted developers.
UDID Pro is available for free for an undisclosed amount of time. It has a five-star rating, and a total of seven ratings.
iPad only:
Magic LED ($1.99 -> Free): An LED screen painting app that allows you to create colorful LED images with just the tip of your finger. After you have created your image, you can have the lights roll from the left to right or right to left. It also features two flash effects when rolling, four patterns of LED, autosave, and shake to clear.
Magic LED is available for free for a limited time. It has a four-and-a-half-star rating, and a total of 10 ratings.
