More Popular iPhone And iPad Games Go On Sale
August 28, 2010
Hopefully you still have some credit left in your iTunes account, because we have even more great iPhone and iPad games for you that have recently gone on sale. The games listed below are in addition to the ones that are already on sale from the likes of Sega, Gameprom, EA and Gameloft.
Ninjatown: Trees of Doom ($1.99 -> $.99): This one is by far my favorite casual game for iPhone and iPod touch, mostly thanks to its unique climbing mechanics. Scale two tree trunks by tapping to jump and tapping and holding to climb. Slingshot off of tree branches to avoid obstacles. The game features all kinds of enemies and power-ups, and two game modes. It also sports Plus+ integration. Check out our QuickAdvice review to learn more.
Space Miner: Space Ore Bust ($4.99 -> $1.99): It's like Asteroids on steroids. The game features RPG elements, 3D graphics with realistic physics and particle effects, over 75 upgrades for your ship, customizable controls, and a rich and hilarious storyline.
iPad only:
*Zombie Infection HD ($6.99 -> $.99): Like its iPhone counterpart, only in a much larger and prettier package. The game allows you to play as two different characters, conquer 12 levels, utilize a variety of different weapons along with the ability to melee zombies, and awards provided by Gameloft Live.
*Diner Dash: Grilling Green ($4.99 -> $2.99): A time management game specifically designed for the iPad. Help Flo keep her customers happy by whipping up seven unique dishes on the diner's new Touch Cooker 3000. The game features intuitive touch controls, the ability to share your experience with a friend thanks to the iPad's large screen, and 20 challenging levels.
An "*" next to a title indicates that this is its lowest price ever. All games listed above are on sale for a limited time, so don't delay and download today. Also, feel free to mention any of your other favorite popular games that have recently gone on sale in the comments section below.
