AppFresh Daily – The Very Best Apps From The Last 24 Hours
September 30, 2010
Boom! Today, another thousand new apps arrived in the App Store. Let me break it to you, most of them are really bad. Yet, there are a few interesting ones. Here they are:
ResuReader (iPhone) is "a resume acquisition tool and candidate database for employers and recruiters."
It goes for $2.99.
Sephora to Go (iPhone) is the official app of the Sephora store chain. "This app lets you buy products, see the latest launches, read ratings and reviews, look up previous purchases, access your Beauty Insider account, and create shopping lists. And that’s only the beginning."
It's free.
App paradise 170in1 (iPhone) is a bundle of a 170 simple apps in one, because sometimes quantity trumps quality.
It goes for $.99.
Flight Status Pro (iPhone) from KAYAK is a flight tracker. It lets you "find and track flights by airline, route, flight number, get gate and baggage claim info, see flights en route on a map, with a cool blinky effect!" "Synchronize your travel itinerary from KAYAK My Trips and keep your flight, hotel, car confirmations and contact info right with you on your phone."
It goes for $.99, or free with ads.
Facebook Video Manager (Universal) allows you to download and store Facebook Videos. I'm not sure if it's in compliance with Facebook's terms of use, so buy at your own risk.
It goes for $1.99.
That's it for today. Did we miss anything?
