Gameloft Reveals Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus Screenshots

Normally when Gameloft reveals an upcoming iPhone game, they send over some screenshots accompanied by at least a few details regarding the gameplay, but not this time. Gameloft basically snuck screenshots for the upcoming sequel to Modern Combat: Sandstorm, Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus, into a press release for Real Golf 2011, and that's it, only screenshots. But as they say, a picture -- or in this case, a screenshot -- is worth a thousand words.
Judging from the three screenshots, Modern Combat 2 will feature multiple environments, more of the same FPS gameplay, and will include Retina support right off the bat. Although the screenshots are in a Retina-friendly resolution, one would assume that Gameloft also has an iPad version in the works. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
That's it for now, but expect more information regarding Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus to show up in the near future.
