QuickAdvice: Keep Track Of Your Favorite TV Shows On Your iPad With iTV Shows HD

No, this isn't just a TV guide app like others - you only keep track of the shows that YOU watch. Once the app is loaded and you take a quick look at the welcome screen, start adding in your favorite shows with the button at the top menu bar. If you're in landscape mode, the screen will be in two panes. Portrait mode will just have a single screen with a separate menu at the top.

Results of TV shows will start appearing as you type, but it seems to have a bit of a delay from what I noticed. I believe that is because it is pulling data from the Internet. Once you find your show, just select it and it will begin downloading data about the show from the databases, which can then be accessed from the listing menu.

From the listing view, you can choose either last episode or next episode, in which the countdown of days (or how many days have elapsed) will appear next to the show title. Select a title and it will show you both the last episode and the next episode, as well as give you a listing of all the seasons and episodes thus far. Selecting a specific episode will bring up a thumbnail of the image as well as show what season and episode it is, when it originally aired, and what it was about. You can mark these episodes off as 'Seen' if you've seen them too.

Did you want to know more about a show? No problem, iTV Shows can give you more information about a selected program. It gives you what channel is showing it, what day and time, which actors are in it, and even a brief synopsis of the program.

There is a Time Zone correction setting in case you need to correct the times of shows. You can also configure other settings here, though it's not a lot.

This is a great buy if you need something to help you keep track of all the various shows that you watch regularly, or been wanting to start. This one is definitely a keeper for me to help me keep track of all those awesome shows I've been watching!
