Video: New Jailbreak Demoed On The iPod Touch 4

Remember that new SHAtter exploit that was recently discovered? The one that will soon allow us to jailbreak every iDevice ever? Well, it's well on its way. Musclenerd, an eminent Dev-Team member, just posted a first video of this new jailbreak solution working on a fourth generation iPod touch. Embedded in a yet unreleased version of the Pwnage tool, the exploit allowed the Dev-team to flash custom firmware into a new iPod touch, bringing it Cydia and all the available jailbreak goodness. It reportedly works just as well on any other iDevice, whether it's an iPhone 4 or an iPad. So, if you just got an iDevice or upgraded by mistake, your jailbreak-less days will soon be over. Unfortunately, it's not quite ready for public consumption just yet, as The Dev-Team is still working on making it work safely and perfectly on all our iDevices. Also, note that they will also launch a couple of simpler tools, to make the procedure simple and fast. Another interesting feature to point out is that the exploit works with Pwnagetool. Therefore, it will allow all iPhone 4 owners to update to the newest firmware releases in the future without losing their ability to unlock. Here it is working:
