I reviewed Notesy a while back, and I highly recommend it if you are in search of a lightweight note taking app on your iPhone.
The best things about Notesy was that it launches pretty quick, is lightweight, simple, has a great interface, and best of all, it has Dropbox integration, though Dropbox is optional with this app (it just makes life so much easier though).
