October 20, 2010
Boom! Today, another thousand new apps arrived in the App Store. Let me break it to you, most of them are really bad. Yet, there are a few somewhat interesting ones. Here they are:
Express (iPhone) is a mobile client for self-hosted WordPress blogs. With one downside however, it requires you to use a specific theme or plug-in.
Also, it goes for $4.99.
TweetBoard (Universal) is what we would call a Twitter ticker. It lets you visualize your stream, but not interact with it. Could be of great use if you're following today's event on Twitter.
It goes for $1.99.
Deviant Art (iPhone) is an iPhone client for the Deviant Art amazing picture collection. It has some great content, and a lot of it.
It doesn't come cheap however, as the app goes for an impressive $24.99.
Indicate (iPad) is a new RSS reader for your iPad. It's one of many, but it has an interesting page-like interface.
Also, it's free.
That's it for today. Did we miss anything? Tell us in the comments!
