AppFresh Daily The Very Best Apps From The Last 48 Hours

October 24, 2010
Boom! This Weekend, another thousand new apps arrived in the App Store. Let me break it to you, most of them are really bad. Yet, there are a few somewhat interesting ones. Here they are: Stock Alert (iPhone) is a very nice looking stock tracking application. It allows you to get a push notification when your stock moves beyond a specified threshold. It goes for $9.99. MyNotePad HD (iPad) turns your iPad into something of a digital notepad. It includes text, drawing, a calculator and an audio recorder. It goes for $2.99. Popular Mechanics (iPad) is the interactive iPad version of the Popular Mechanics magazine. It's highly rated, and the app itself goes for free. Unicorn Disco Lite (iPhone) is the lite version of Unicorn Disco. It's a "Music and Dance Visualizer App where you build life-like characters that dance to the music in your iPod library". Check out Karen's review for all the details. It goes for free. That's it for today. Did we miss anything? Tell us in the comments!
