AT&T To Target Businesses With iPad
October 15, 2010
On the same day that Verizon and AT&T will begin selling the iPad to the masses, AT&T will start targeting business owners with the device too.
According to AT&T, the company will sell all three iPad Wi-Fi + 3G models directly to business customers as part of an “initiative to help companies increase productivity and flexibility.”
The program, which will offer “attractive post-paid mobile broadband price plans” will be available through AT&T business account representatives beginning Thursday, October 28.
Verizon announced a deal with Apple earlier this week that will bring Apple’s device to its stores. On the same day, AT&T made a similar announcement.
