Dead Runner Update Allows You To Run For Your Life On Your iPad

Distinctive Developments has decided to give Dead Runner fans a little more bang for their buck by issuing an update that adds iPad support, along with a couple of other enhancements.
Thanks to the iPad's much larger screen, Dead Runner feels even more haunting and engaging. And although the iPad is physically much larger than an iPhone or iPod touch, the dark and atmospheric forest is just as fun to navigate thanks to the addition of a tilt sensitivity option.
Since the last time we covered Dead Runner, there have been a few other additions that are sure to please both iPhone and iPad gamers. The game has received Retina display support, a new game mode that allows for more interactivity, and Game Center support.
