Back To The Future: The Game Coming To iPad

Telltale Games, the creators of the wonderfully engaging Puzzle Agent, Wallace & Gromit, and Sam & Max, have revealed that you will be able to go Back to the Future on your iPad sometime this holiday season.

“We’re very excited to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Back to the Future franchise with a completely new adventure,” said Dan Connors CEO Telltale Games. “It’s been an amazing experience to be part of reuniting Marty McFly and Doc Brown on their continuing quest. Back to the Future fans will have a great time helping to control the integrity of the space-time continuum.”

Back to the Future: The Game will pick up shortly after the events in the third Back to the Future film, and will follow Marty and Doc as they embark on a new time traveling adventure. The game will be a point and click adventure that is episodic in nature, with a new installment being released each month. That's pretty much all we know at this point, at least regarding the iPad version of the game. Telltale currently has the Mac and PC versions available for pre-order for $24.95, in case you are interested, which include a few special treats:
