A new app that has just arrived is sure to cause some to chuckle, while others will be left wondering if it is even appropriate.

icandyapps gives all of your pictures a “bubbling” effect. The app’s creators, are targeting one specific type of photo: those of bikini-clad women.

So how does it work? Let's say you have a couple of photos of hot ladies in bikini. You upload the photo and apply bubbles that will cover their outfit. Now it looks as if there's nothing on at all! [sic]
After uploading your photo and applying the bubbles, it looks like your subject is naked, with the bubbles there to hide certain body parts. The program does this by adding a colored layer, which can be punctured using your finger to give it a bubble effect. To change the position of the hole, just use your finger. In seconds, a family-friendly photo of a beautiful girl (or guy) is suddenly turned into something more. The bubbles seems to hide key parts of the photo that were never there (at least not exposed) in the first place.

Compared to the many fart apps in the App Store, Photo Bubbler is tame. Still, some people may be offended by it, while others will probably become bored with it in a hurry.
