AppFresh Daily – The Very Best Apps From The Last 24 Hours
November 25, 2010
If it’s your first time reading AppFresh daily, let me explain it to you. It’s simple, and actually quite amazing. Every single day of the year we go through the thousands of apps that have been approved by Apple. Then, we select the most interesting ones, and share them with you.
We’re calling it AppFresh. It’s a revolution. Check it out:
International Herald Tribune (iPhone) is the official iPhone app of the IHT. It gives you free access to their entire publication up until early 2011, in exchange for opening a free account inside the app.
It goes for free.
Switch (iPad) "lets different people browse the web on a single iPad while keeping their own history, bookmarks and tabs." Basically, it provides you with separate profiles for separate users.
It goes for $4.99.
Jamie's Recipes (iPhone) is a new compilation of recipes by Celebrity Chef Jamie Oliver. "The app is free and includes a selection of delicious recipes and some great features that will get you cooking straight away. Each recipe is really easy to follow with beautiful step-by-step photography so you really can't go wrong."
It's free.
Xavier Presentations (iPad) is "a client server application used for advanced interactive presentations shown on multiple iPad devices. One iPad is Master. It has control of the presentation flow, downloading documents from server and managing form results. Other iPads (Slaves) connect to Master via WiFi to show its content."
It's free.
The Daily Craig (iPad) is an interesting iPad client for Craigslist that turns CL's content into a sort of magazine. It "lets you flip through posts with pictures in your area, you decide which ones are worth reading. Items for sale, check. Housing & Rentals, check. Personals & Dating, check! Only the good stuff, updated all the time."
It's free.
That's it for today. Did we miss anything? Tell us in the comments.
Oh and, Happy Thanksgiving!
