Apple Updates Game Center Terms And Conditions

November 30, 2010
Apple recently changed the Terms & Conditions of its new Game Center. Now actual names are shown in friend requests. While this change might mean nothing to the average game player, for others it might be nice. Now you will be able to search for other players by name.

According to MacStories:
So why the real names? We assume Apple is looking for a way to make Game Center more “social” and to integrate Game Center’s userbase with iTunes Ping. You can’t search for a Game Center user on Ping basing on his nickname, but you can with a real name associated to an Apple ID.
