Assassin's Creed And GT Racing: Motor Academy HD On Sale For $.99

To possibly avoid the mess of game sales that usually hit the App Store at the tail end of the week, Gameloft has chosen to deploy their customary two game sale at the beginning of the week. As usual, Gameloft has included an iPhone title, Assassin's Creed - Altair's Chronicles, and an iPad title, GT Racing: Motor Academy HD, in order to appease all iOS gamers.
iPhone:
Assassin's Creed - Altair's Chronicles ($4.99 -> $.99): A 3D adventure that allows you to take on the role of Altair, a master assassin on a quest to find "The Chalice." The game features a wide range of acrobatic moves to perform, six weapons, health and weapon upgrades, and mini-games. Since this is an older game that was released quite a while ago, Gameloft took the time bring the graphics up to Retina levels and also added multitasking capabilities.
iPad:
GT Racing: Motor Academy HD ($6.99 -> $.99): A racing sim that includes over 100 licensed cars to buy drive, and upgrade, 14 tracks, interactive replays, and customizable controls.
Assassin's Creed has hit the $.99 price point before, but this is the first time GT Racing: Motor Academy HD has come anywhere near $.99. All prices are valid for a limited time.
