IMDb fans should head on over to the App Store to update to the latest 2.0 release. The new version brings Retina optimization, multitasking, and bug fixes. It has also been updated to be much more useful internationally.
International users should be happy to learn they can now find showtimes in: Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Columbia, Argentina, Chile, Australia, and New Zealand. If you read Chinese, the app is now available in simplified and traditional Chinese.
Pro account users can now find representation listings and contact details for over 80,000 names in the entertainment industry.
Another big feature change is an all new, redesigned home screen. The new home screen will be updated throughout the day. You can find the latest trailers and entertainment news here.
The icon has also been changed a bit. The app continues to be a free universal application that runs great on all iOS devices. The app is available in the App Store now free of charge.
