iPhone Comes To Target Stores November 7

November 1, 2010
Just weeks after it began offering the iPad, Target Stores will begin selling the iPhone on November 7. The Minneapolis, Minnesota-based company will sell both the iPhone 4 and 3GS models at 846 of its stores that include Target Mobile centers. According to a press release:
"At Target we continue to offer our guests the best in electronics so we're happy to add iPhone to our Target Mobile offerings," said Mark Schindele, senior vice president, merchandising, Target. "With expert support from Target Mobile specialists and in-store activation, our guests will be able to leave the store with a new, working iPhone3GS or iPhone4 in-hand."
Target became just the second non-Apple Store (after Best Buy) to begin selling the iPad on October 3.
