New Music Player App Takes Two To Tango
November 8, 2010
As they say, it takes two to tango! That's also the premise of the new Tango Remote Music Player. Created by Blue Atlas Technology, LLC the app gives you remote access to your iPhone/iPod touch or iPad music using two devices.
The Tango Remote Music Player is free and works like a charm. First, you’ll need to download the app on two of your Apple devices. The first time you start the app, you’ll be asked whether the device is the remote or music device.
For example, I indicated on my iPhone that it was the remote; my iPad was the music player. Within seconds, I was listening to music from my iPad but controlling it from my iPhone. Each device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network so you can control your music from anywhere in your house. Bluetooth is also supported.
Music is easily arranged by Playlists, Songs, Artists, Albums or Genre. Each is automatically synced each time you begin using the app. As new songs are added to your music device, they are also added to your remote.
The Tango Remote Music Player is available today in the App Store.
