Namco Reveals Two Upcoming Titles For iOS: Buccaneer Blitz And House Of Glass

Namco has been playing it relatively safe recently by bringing classic, established titles over to our favorite mobile platform, but this holiday season the house that Pac-Man built will be taking a risk on two original titles: Buccaneer Blitz and House of Glass.
Buccaneer Blitz (iPhone/iPad)
Buccaneer Blitz is a 3D real-time strategy game that will require you to take over enemy islands by using brute force or magical spells. You will be able to send units to other islands to overtake them, defend your own island by using a catapult, or unleash powerful spells from afar. You will initially be given a limited amount of mana to use towards your spells, but additional mana can be earned by sacrificing your population at your own risk.
The game will include 15 levels, online multiplayer via Wi-Fi, local multiplayer via Bluetooth, and a single-player campaign mode. It should be arriving this week for $2.99. 12 additional levels will be available via in-app purchase for $.99.
House of Glass (iPad)
According to Namco, House of Glass will be the App Store's first-ever 3D tangram puzzle game. This internally developed title by Order of Magnitude, the team behind the iOS versions of Bit.Trip Beat and Pool Pro Online 3, will feature six rooms to explore, each with hidden objects to discover. It will also feature 30 puzzles that become increasingly complicated and will require you to move, rotate, and flip pieces on different axes to solve.
House of Glass will be available this Thursday as a freemium title, allowing you to sample the first couple of levels before even spending a single dime. Although, we aren't exactly sure how many dimes it will actually cost you to unlock the full version of the game.
