Real Life CSI Boasting iPhones To Solve Crimes
November 7, 2010
While we're all used to seeing the folks on CSI and NCIS boast all kind of iDevices, so do their non-fictional counterparts. Indeed, as eagle-eyed AppAdvice reader William noticed in last Friday's WSJ edition, Greek CSI cops in Athens are using the iPhone 4 at crime scenes.
Apparently they aren't using them to play Doodle Jump. You can clearly see them using their iPhones to photograph, stream or analyze the scene somehow. Incredible isn't it? Apple should reuse these shots as their next ad. Something along the lines of: "solving this world's big problems, one app at the time." Sound familiar?
[Thank to William for the tip!]
