Apple Hiring CDMA Experienced Engineers
December 10, 2010
Apple’s well-known secrecy doesn’t mean much when they need to hire people. In the latest sign the Cupertino, California-based company will someday be releasing a Verizon iPhone, look no further than its employment listings.
One new Apple job posting seeks a “Cellular Systems Performance Engineer” familiar with CDMA. Verizon uses a CDMA network.
Verizon users shouldn't begin stampeding to their local store looking for an iPhone just yet. Apple’s desire to hire folks with CDMA backgrounds extends back to September 2008 with this job posting.
So, if you have a background that includes CDMA experience, Apple is eager to talk to you. For the rest of us, we are still waiting for a Verizon iPhone.
