AT&T: Nothing To Worry About

January 11, 2011
Ahead of the likely launch of the Verizon iPhone, AT&T's chief executive had some choice words about the situation. According to The Wall Street Journal, Ralph de la Vega stated:
"We are ready for it. The short- and long-term viability of AT&T will be good whether we have exclusivity or not. We are much bigger than this."
AT&T has been the exclusive U.S. carrier for the iPhone since the device debuted in 2007. Beginning today, that deal is expected to expire. Do you really think AT&T isn't worried? Leave your comments below.
