One of the top selling cataloging apps has received an update. Movies helps you track your home video collection on your iPhone/iPod touch.
Created by Netwalk, the app allows you to quickly add, find, and view movies in your library using a number of different data sources. Titles can be added online, through a barcode, or manually.
You can also keep track of where your titles are, in case you’ve lent any to someone in your contacts list.
The latest update introduces trailer support and an advanced barcode scanner for older iPhones. You can also now filter your list by director.
The next update will include Dropbox integration and custom created shelves.
Existing users are encouraged to backup their database before updating to the new version.
Movies is available for $3.99 in the App Store.
