While you may think Verizon's network is lightyears beyond AT&T's, there are some differences that you should understand. This week, in a very helpful support document discovered by 9to5mac, Apple published "iPhone: Understanding phone features." If you have a Verizon iPhone, you may have a few extra steps to enable specific features, as you can see above.
