Apple Releases iOS 4.3 Beta 3 To Developers

As we surmised earlier today, Apple released today a third beta version of its upcoming iOS 4.3 firmware to members of its developer program.
This release comes two weeks after the last one, which as you might remember didn't bring any new features. iOS 4.3 itself however is packed with small improvements, as well as support for multitouch gestures, which will reportedly not make it to the public.
The interweb is all over it and we'll update you as soon as we find out what, if anything, is new.
**Update: Sorry to disappoint you, but as far as we know, it seems like no new user features have been added.
