iPhone:

Doodle Evil Fly ($1.99 -> Free): Launch a pre-made or self-made character out of an elephant's trunk in order to go the farthest possible distance. Power-ups can be obtained while in mid-air, and upgradeable boosters like clouds and rockets can be used to prolong your flight. It also features Game Center integration.

Doodle Evil Fly is available for free today only (02/03). It has a four-star rating and a total of 64 ratings.

iWrite Chinese 1-10 ($.99 -> Free): Choose any number between 1 and 10 and the app will provide you with an outline of the corresponding number in Chinese which you can trace. It provides instant feedback as you write each stroke, so you will always know if you are not doing it correctly. You will receive a reward after writing each character correctly 10 times.

iWrite Chinese 1-10 is available for free today only (02/03). It has a five-star rating and a total of eight ratings. Universal:

8bit app ($.99 -> Free): Use your standard webcam or a DSLR camera to capture 8-bit holographs. Just type a message or add 8-bit Space Invader characters, choose colors, adjust exposure time, add cues, and set your depth. Then slide your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad from left to right to capture the holograph. Full details and a demo video can be found at 8bitapp.com.

8bit app is available for free until February 7th. It has a four-star rating and a total of six ratings. iPad:
