Crimsonworld ($.99 -> Free, 15 MB): Destroy every monster in your path in this top-down dual-stick shooter. The game features 25 locations, three game modes, 12 weapons, and a perk system.

Unnecessary Censorship ($.99 -> Free, 20.3 MB): This amusing app allows you to import a video or record a new one and then censor it in a variety of ways. You can add a black box, a blur, or pixelate portions of your video feed while also adding a bleep sound or muting the audio altogether. After you are finished editing, you can share your video with the world via Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, email, iTunes File Sharing, or just save it to your library.

If you are a developer who would like to get your app included in our “Apps Gone Free” daily lists, here’s our basic set of rules:
- It must have at least a three-star average rating at the time it goes free.
- The app must not have been free numerous times (3+) over the last six months.
- The free version of your app must not include ads.
