Cut The Rope Updated With A Brand New Box Of Puzzles Filled With Magic

Birds of all shapes and sizes have been dominating the App Store's top paid apps list as of late, but ZeptoLab is looking to help our favorite candy munching monster get back into the mix with an update to Cut the Rope, which adds a new box of puzzles and additional Game Center achievements.
The latest update to Cut the Rope and Cut the Rope HD adds a new box of puzzles called the Magic Box, which includes a total of 25 increasingly challenging levels. This new box can only be accessed after completing all previous boxes.
The Magic Box once again introduces a new gameplay mechanic where candy pieces -- which are actually Easter eggs this time around -- can teleport from one magic hat to another. Candy pieces that travel through the hats retain their momentum, allowing you to influence how far they fly and where they land. Hats are also color coded so you know exactly where your candy will appear.
The update also adds three new Magic Box related Game Center achievements, a Magic Box leaderboard, and a new update info pop-up window that's only displayed once.
If you are feeling festive, there is a little Easter egg in this version that allows you to change the piece of hanging candy in the main menu into an Easter egg by tapping on it. Fitting, huh?
Cut the Rope for iPhone and iPod touch is available in the App Store for $.99, while the Cut the Rope HD for iPad is available for $1.99.
