Good News About iPad 2 Shipments

Six weeks after its introduction, the amount of time it takes to get an iPad 2 after ordering it from Apple has dropped. Instead of taking 4-5 weeks, as was the case earlier, shipments are now taking just 1-2 weeks.
This news, which first came to light by MacRumors, suggests Apple is getting closer to getting a handle on the supply-demand imbalance for the tablet.
It should be noted that the 1-2 week timeframe is worldwide and not just in the U.S.
Of course, if you want an iPad 2 now, it might be better to download the new FindOne app, which we mentioned earlier this week, and buy one at a store near you.
