Few things are more unnerving than calling a company and being placed on hold. Now a new app, Fast Customer (Productivity Tool For Busy People), turns the tables and makes the companies contact you.
Created by Results Junkies, the app makes it easier to get a real person when you want customer service.
For example, imagine your satellite service isn’t working and you need to call DirecTV. Instead of calling their customer service department, select DirecTV from the app’s list of companies and you are done. Within minutes, someone from DirecTV will call you instead of the other way around.
Really, it is that simple.
According to its website, to date, Fast Customer works with more than 1,000 companies including AT&T Wireless, Bank of America, and Southwest Airlines.
