Garage Inc. ($.99 -> Free, 31.5 MB): Help Angelo build up his auto repair shop by diagnosing problems, fixing them, and then collecting cash in this time management game that's set in the 1920s. The game features three modes, Retina graphics, and Game Center integration.

Pogo Pig ($.99 -> Free, 3.3 MB): Control Pogo Pig by tilting your device in order to bounce off of platforms and climb as high as possible. Unlike other endless jumping games, however, Pogo Pig allows you to move vertically and horizontally with your device in landscape orientation. The game features a wide variety of platforms and Game Center integration.

Sonic Speed Ball ($1.99 -> Free, 6.5 MB): Pong like you have never seen, or heard, before. Instead of trying to return the ball via sight, you'll be tasked with returning it via sound. The ball will emit a sound as it approaches, and it's up to you to swing your iDevice the moment you hear it. You are able to use underhand and overhand returns to throw your opponent off. The game also features two-player multiplayer via Bluetooth.

Robot Wants Kitty ($.99 -> Free, 8.5 MB): In this platformer, you must help Robot upgrade his abilities in order to reach new targets and eventually get to Kitty. The game features on-screen controls, multiple modes and difficulty levels, and OpenFeint integration.

Qik Video Connect PLUS ($.99 -> Free, 9.5 MB): Allows you to do two-way live video calls between iPhone and Android devices. It also features easy editing tools, real-time effects, the ability to share videos via a variety of services, and much more.
Qik Video Connect PLUS is available for free for the entire week. It has a 3.5-star rating with a total of 132 ratings.
Cooties ($.99 -> Free, 27.6 MB): Cooties have gotten loose in the lab and you must recollect all of the stars before they are gobbled up in this avoidance game. It features 20 levels, eight Cooties with different abilities, two modes, and OpenFeint integration.
Cooties is available for free until May 1st. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 22 ratings.
Monster Blaster ($.99 -> Free, 18.1 MB): Slide, rotate, and drop groups of monsters in this Tetris-like game to create matches of four or more. The game features loads of different power-ups, colorful and crisp animations, and Game Center integration.

Universal:
Children's Origami ($1.99 -> Free, 20.3 MB): This educational app teaches you how to create over 100 different origami objects. Categories include people, animals, plants, jewelry, traffic, and daily items.

Euchre HD ($.99 -> Free, 3.6 MB): This digital version of Euchre, the trick-taking card game, allows you to play alone against the computer or with up to three other friends via Game Center. It also includes 23 different Game Center achievements.

Moving Day ($.99 -> Free, 13.8 MB): Help Alfie finish packing the van before his assistant drives off by stacking up boxes and skating down the street. As you skate down the street, you will want to collect dropped items and avoid obstacles by dragging your finger around the screen. If you run into an obstacle, the boxes will go tumbling and you will have to get them stacked up and balanced once again before it's too late. The game features 24 levels and Game Center integration.
Moving Day is available for free today only (04/26). It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 30 ratings.
iPad:
Garage Inc. HD ($1.99 -> Free, 80.9 MB): Like the iPhone version above, only it features iPad-optimized graphics and controls.

If you are a developer who would like to get your app included in our “Apps Gone Free” daily lists, here’s our basic set of rules:
- It must have at least a three-star average rating at the time it goes free.
- The app must not have been free numerous times (3+) over the last six months.
- The free version of your app must not include ads.
