Quirky App Of The Day: Zombie Apocalypse Manual

I am obsessed with zombies. I am. I can't watch too many zombie movies because they give me night terrors, but I love zombies all the same. I read about them, watch movies about them, play games about them, write articles about them, and wake up screaming in the night about them. I'm getting help for it, really, but until my appointment comes up and I've run out of excuses to go, I've been reading up on survival tips. The tips are compiled by the developers of the Zombie Apocalypse Manual app, and they are both useful and hilarious.
I know I tend to be a bit sarcastic in my articles, but this app is genuinely funny and interesting. I'm not going to pretend that it doesn't have anything to do with my bias towards zombies. If it was the same format about kittens or knitting, I probably would give it a thumbs down. It's how I roll. But, this app is a must have for any zombie enthusiast. With literally hundreds of tips and more being compiled by contributing readers, it's continuous entertainment. I've already picked up on about five new apocalypse precautions I'm going to build into my house. Once I convince my husband that they're necessary.
Readers can click through each tip one at a time, or set the app to manual mode. You can email or save tips that you like, or start over from the beginning. If you have some new gem of knowledge that you need to share with your fellow potential zombie food survivor fanatics, there's a tip submission tab to send it through.
Zombie Apocalypse Manual is available on the App Store for $0.99
