Beware Of Addicting Balls!

Addicting balls (Free) by Gerald Manau is a game that stays true to its name; it is 100% addicting. The game is the epitome of simplicity, but highly entertaining with a great replay value. The aim is to occupy at least 60% of the game space with your white balls. This seems like an easy task but actually can be quite challenging.

To create the white balls that occupy space, simply tap and hold your finger on the screen. The longer you hold your finger down the larger the ball grows in size. Release your finger and the ball is created. There are only two limits on the size of the white balls; the gameplay space and the surrounding white balls. If the white ball touches either of these it will automatically stop growing.

Now this is all fine and dandy, but it’s not that simple. While you’re trying to create the white balls there are “small balls” that fly around the screen. If these touch your white ball while it is still growing it will pop and you will lose a life.

Each level has the same 60% objective. Once your white balls occupy this amount of space you progress to the next level. The higher the level, the more small balls there are and the fewer white balls you are allowed to create. These two factors keep the game challenging. Additionally, there are no time limits on the levels, so the game is fun without being stressful.

The only downside to the game is its monochromatic nature. After a while the white and black becomes boring. I would like to see more color in a future update. Nonetheless, Addicting Balls is a great find for a great price (FREE!!). Be sure to check it out in the App Store.
