Being Able To See Inside A Business Is Easy With New Google Service

According to news first reported by Mashable, Google has introduced a new product called Business Photos for Google Maps. With it, users will be able to check out the inside of local businesses on a computer or through an iDevice. According to Marissa Mayer, Google’s vice president of consumer products, the new service will allow users to “enter” local businesses and take a look inside the building. For this to work, businesses will provide photos to Google, who will recreate them into a 360-degree view. Mayer made the announcement at Thursday’s Social-Loco conference in San Francisco. Naturally, Business Photos for Google Maps will appeal most to those businesses frequented by the general public, such as restaurants, grocery stores, and other establishments. The new service will debut next week in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, with more countries added later. Take a look at this video:
