Now would-be writers can try their hand at publishing content on the iPad using a free Web-based solution at iBuildapp.com. The site offers various tools and templates, as well as a variety of formats that can be used for publishing. Whether you want to publish a blog, an e-book, an e-magazine, or a digital catalog, all of these formats are supported.
The iBuildApp.com site is the first to allow digital publishing on the iPad for free, according to their recently released info:

The service is also built with businesses in mind, and offers solution for both paid and free content to be published.

The iPhone user can also create free apps using the online interface, publish them, host the app, and update in real time.
