Back to the Future Ep 3 is now available for the iPad. The game is a point-and-click adventure title developed by Telltale Games. The third episode is part of a five-episode series where you take on the role of Marty McFly, who is trapped in a world ruled by the mysterious “First Citizen Brown.” "After a rough and tumble return to the 1980s, a time-stranded Marty finds himself in a topsy-turvy version of the world lorded over by the enigmatic “First Citizen Brown,” according to the app description. Telltale Games is well known as a developer of great adventure games for the iDevices as well as consoles, and this series is no exception. It is also available on other platforms, but is a great fit for gamers on the go with an iPad. According to Pocket Gamer, the project is actually a collaboration between Telltale Games and the co-creator of the films, Bob Gale. The Back to the Future episodes are based on the movies from the 1980s, but offer their own unique storyline and expand upon the original series of events. The events that occurred in previous episodes of the game also relate to this third one, and you will be able to see the repercussions of them. The timeline angle that the games (and hit films) are based on offer a lot of thought-provoking moments to contemplate and explore.
