Did Your iTunes Purchase Go Through?

Some iTunes customers began experiencing login problems this past week that have yet to be resolved. The problem stems from Apple’s decision to include address verification to iTunes, according to Cult Of Mac.
The problem, which happens when a user attempts to make purchases or upgrade apps, is caused by the way Apple is now verifying addresses.
To resolve this issue, customers need to make sure their bank or credit card’s on-file address is correct. In addition, Cult of Mac suggests customers use the USPS’s zip code lookup form.
In addition, for users who don't have a credit card associated with their iTunes account and are getting the error, there is a strange solution. For these customers, adding Apple's own address as your iTunes address seems to do the trick, as follows:
This iTunes billing issue is very similar to one we reported in February. As if by random, certain purchases were being denied for some users. That problem eventually went away without an exclamation from Apple.
