Photo Reporter for iPad (Photo to PDF) ($2.99, iPad Only): Lets you place your photos in PDF documents. The app allows you to put multiple images in one document and even lets you place custom frames, descriptions and decorations which, I think is an added bonus.

The app allows you to browse to your favorite websites and select videos you would like for later, offline viewing. The app limits you to playing 15 videos and has a $4.99 in-app purchase that removes this limit and the ads.
