At the core Sketch Club is a feature-rich drawing and painting app. The controls are very simple to use. You have several mediums to choose from, such as: pen, sketch (pencil) and paint. There are some artistic effects you can add such as: fur, smudge and pixels. These all add a fun and unique look.
No matter what mode or medium you choose, there is a vast color palette to choose from. The brush feature is the most elaborate as it has several different tips, along with size, opacity and flow.
The app allows you to work in different layers, either on your current creation or from pictures in your photo library. This is very similar to Photoshop, as are some of the other features.
One additional feature allows you to load images. These images are either taken from your photo library, or from the image library within the app. There are backgrounds and other pictures for you to use to begin your creation. Coloring pages are also available and these are a great option for kids.

Sketch Club has great exporting features. Once you have your final product, you can save, export to the photos app, upload to Facebook, and print. It is nice to have an application where you can print from within the app instead of exporting it first.
