Four years ago today, many of us were standing in line with the hopes of buying our first iPhone. Pricey ($599 for a 8GB model), available exclusively through AT&T/Cingular, and without third-party apps (those would come in 2008), the original iPhone still rebooted the cell phone industry. In fact, many would say Apple’s magical smartphone changed handheld computing forever. Today, as we await Cupertino’s fifth handheld model, it’s time to look back at four years of iPhones.
