iOS 5 To Be Totally Unified From 3rd-Gen iPod touch And Up

Just a quick tidbit about the seeded developer release of iOS 5: It appears that the new operating system represents a concerted effort towards software unification. All iDevices, from the third-generation iPod touch and up, are receiving the same build: 9A5220p. There is no difference between GSM and CDMA handsets or iPads with this new code. Hopefully, this approach extends to hardware, too. Maybe those rumors of a single iPhone across all networks might be right after all.
