By downloading and installing the latest fireware update, the following printers will gain full support for AppPrint functions:

  • HP LaserJet P1606dn Printer
  • HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw Color Printer

Launched as a feature in iOS 4.2, AirPrint allows iOS devices to print wirelessly documents, photos, and other media without the need for printer-specific drives. Despite being launched in November, AirPrint remains a feature for a select few. Even after this week's announcement that eight additional printers now work with the service, it only increases this number to 25. Plus, all are HP devices.
