If you enjoy action RPGs on you iDevice, you should check out Fantastic Knight. This universal app has been updated to version 1.1.0 and should please fans of the genre. The game offers great customization and skill-building options for your character. You can customize your character's: skills, strength, weapons, armor, and more. There are both active and passive skill sets to utilize in combat as well. Here is what the latest update has to offer (from the app description):

  • Game speed improved on 2nd G devices
  • Typo errors fixed
The journey takes you through forests, deserts, and deadly dungeons as you battle enemies in these varied landscapes. Although the visuals may appear simple and from a third perspective, they are fitting for the action-RPG genre and they are very detailed in this title. The game has two storylines and both are told from a different character's point of view. To beat the title fully you will need to control both character's and complete their two distinct scenarios. Here is the app description explaining what to expect from each character's storyline:
A distant time, a distant land. Two fearless souls on two separate, intertwined adventures:
  • Wenrick, the arrogant, young prince, betrayed, wandering the land trying to save his kingdom from treachery and avenge his lover's death;
  • Erien, the spirted, young rebel warrior, fighting against the corruption of the self-serving state, determined to make her uncle's sacrifice meanigful. These are the characters you will control in Fantastic Knight, a classic RPG action adventure. Each will let you see this epic tale from a different perspective. Each has their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Who will you take on your adventure?
