Monster Ah-Choo Incoming ... Gesundheit! Plus A Chance To Win A Copy!
Gesundheit! ($0.99) by Konami Digital Entertainment is a cute and very fun adventure game with the most amazing graphics and cinematic cutscenes. These cutscenes alone make the game worth purchasing.
Follow the socially awkward, and apparently allergy prone, pig on his adventure to save his world from monsters trying to eat him and everyone he knows. I was instantly impressed with this little piggy and instantly hooked.
Your weapon of choice? Snot. Lots and lots of snot. The monsters are drawn to it and will follow it wherever it lands so that they can slurp it up. Gross, I know, but some people do eat boogers.
To blow the snot out of your cute pig nose, drag your finger back and release — in a slingshot motion — to send it flying. The more you pull back, the further it flies. Make it land on switches to lure the monsters to activate them or just aim for the traps so that the monsters will get eaten. This will complete the level.
There are many deterrents along the way as you progress through the levels. You can teleport, and push buttons to remove walls that block your path, all while trying to elude the giant monsters and eventually lead them into traps.
Make sure to collect stars along the way to raise your score and eventually get power ups to increase your snot-blowing capabilities. Watch the clock, too, as your score also depends on how long it takes you to complete each level. With Game Center support, the game will keep you motivated to do your best and get the highest score while earning achievements.
Each of the beginning levels starts out with just one monster to deal with; however, as you proceed, you must deal with multiple monsters per each level. This is challenging for sure, but just enough to keep you enjoying the game. It never gets boring as there is a lot of content, challenge, and fun gameplay.
